J S Terry Photography operates the JST 360 Video Uploader application, which is used to publish 360° video content to the J S Terry Photography Facebook Page.

When the JST 360 Video Uploader is used with Facebook, the application may access information required to manage and publish content to the J S Terry Photography Facebook Page.

Facebook Page access permissions required to publish video content.
Video files selected for publication.

The application does not intentionally collect or store passwords or payment information.

Information accessed through Facebook is used solely to:
Create and manage Facebook Live video broadcasts.
Publish 360° video content to the J S Terry Photography Facebook Page.
Check the status of video processing and publication.
Troubleshoot video publishing where necessary.
Facebook access tokens
The application uses Facebook access tokens to communicate securely with Facebook's APIs.
Access tokens are used only for the authorised Facebook Page publishing functions and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Video content
Video files selected for publication are processed locally before being transmitted to Facebook.
The application does not sell, rent or otherwise distribute uploaded video content.
Once a video has been published to Facebook, Facebook's own privacy and data policies apply to the content hosted on Facebook.
Third-party services
The application uses services provided by Meta/Facebook to publish and process video content.
Use of Facebook is subject to Meta's own terms and policies.
Data retention
J S Terry Photography does not intentionally retain Facebook account information beyond what is required to operate the application.
Locally processed video files may remain on the user's computer until they are deleted by the user.
